The influences amongst the band are many. Lead singer Keith Turner's are hillbilly and rockabilly, bass player Wayne Hopkins are jazz, rock n roll and blues, guitarist Andy Wren digs British rock n roll from the early 60s and the Link Wray sound, Adam Burney likes every type of harmonica style! Dollar Bill on drums is synonymous with rockin' blues, while Tony Diavolo (guitar) is mainly into jazz influenced blues. Put them altogether in a studio and what comes out is pretty unique! It's November 2012 that I'm writing this. I mention the date as I think"Heart Of Gold" is going to be a hit for them.Hopefully in a year from now you'll be saying what great foresight I had! It's the sort of track you'd play in an open top car while driving down the west coast of America on a beautiful sunny day. Of course it would sound equally good in a Morris Marina on a wet and windy day in Bognor, but it hasn't got that feel about it! Half the tracks are self penned, and 3 of them are written by Andy Wren. The title track"One More Chance" is as good a country/rockabilly number as you're ever likely to hear. An amazing bit of song writing and perfectly executed. Overall, I'd say this is a better album than the first. The styles are more diverse, and the quality of the performance and production is stunning.Frank Grimes - A&R at Rollin Records
